Sub-Layers

What Are Sub-Layers?

While Sub-Layers are also technically levels, they don't have their own unique identity, instead being "dependent" on a level to logically exist. They therefore exist as "expansions" or "deviations" from the landscape of their parent level. However, some Sub-Layers can be significantly different from their parent level, such as the infamous Level 1.5.

It is not clear cut exactly what constitutes a Sub-Layer, other than popular demand declaring their existence, and eventually acceptance by most large Groups. In fact, many doubt the legitimacy of Sub-Layers entirely.
